Everquest!

It does not appear allows fans of Everquest to write fan fiction derived from Everquest based on actions Sony has taken in that community. http://express.stratics.com/Issue144/intproperty.htm details an incident where a fan wrote a story based on an Everquest RPG posted to another, third party web-site.  Several months later, Sony through Verant canceled the author's RPG account on the basis that the author's story was a copyright infringement.
