Are You Ready For This?
By bLAdeKilljoy6S

After baseball, we went to eat then went back to the house.

"Well since technically we live in the same house, I can't drop you off at the front door, so I
figured I'd drop you off at your bedroom door."

I giggled as he led me up to my bedroom. He dropped me off at my door and kissed me goodnight. He
wrapped his arms around my waist and tugged me towards him.

"Damn, I don't want this date to end..."

"Me either."

"Well, I guess I'll see you in the morning." he said kissing me again lightly.

"Night." I said, I walked into my bedroom and was greeted by Rae sitting on my bed.

"Curfew was at nine, it's nine oh two."

"Oo, two minutes late. And what are you my mother?" I asked.

"He kissed you, I can tell. You're all blushed and happy... You're happy? This is unusual."

"I am pretty happy."

"Who are you and what have you done with my sister?" she asked.

I chuckled and walked over to my dresser, pulling out a pair of gray pair of sweats and a blue tank.
I changed as my sister fiddled with her black nail polish, throwing my old clothes in the hamper.

"So how was it?" she asked when I was finished.

"What?"

"Your date, and kiss."

"Date, fun... Kiss, amazing... Better than a lot of the kisses I've had."

"Like in seventh grade when you kissed that guy at the YMCA."

"Shush it, we don't talk about Steven."

"What'd he do to you anyway?"

"Talked to me, dated me, kissed me, dumped him."

"So what you used him?"

"No, he was in love with one of my enemy's of some sort."

"Why did we hang at the Y anyways?"

"No idea, guess it was just something to do..."

"What like chomp on each other's faces in public?"

"I only did that with one guy!" I pointed out.

She giggled.

"Well was anyone around when he kissed you?"

"No, it was just us."

"So how can I tell you're not lying?"

"Fine want proof?"

"Yes please!"

I walked out of my bedroom and down the hall, I knocked on Zacky's door, with phone in hand. He
opened the door with a surprised look.

"This'll take two seconds..." I said.

I leaned in and pressed my lips to his, I took a picture with my camera on my phone.

"I'll see you later..."

I walked down the hall leaving a very confused Zacky, I threw my phone at her and she picked it up.
Looking at the picture.

"Well I'll be damned, you two are lip locking."

"Yes, very much so."

She chuckled and got up.

"Well I'm going to bed, see you twin."

I nodded and grabbed my phone, looking at the picture, I smiled to myself. It didn't look posed what
so ever, so maybe he was a natural. There was a knock on the door and I turned around seeing a still
very confused Zacky.

"You can't just, knock on my door, kiss me then walk away." he stated.

"I thought I could." I said smirking.

He walked over and pressed his lips to mine. He guided us over to the wall, I pulled away.

"No." I said sternly.

He sighed then realized what he was doing with himself.

"Sorry." he said pulling away, reaching for the door knob.

I grabbed his hand.

"You don't gotta leave though..."

He looked me dead in the eye.

"You don't want me to leave."

"Not really..."

"Your dream?"

"Yeah, kinda..."

He shrugged his shoulders.

"Eh, good enough for me."

I walked over to my bed and fell down onto it. Curling up in the blankets, he laid down next to me
and wrapped me in his arms, as I quickly fell asleep.
