Inside Enemy Lines
By D Christ

By the time we got there Matt, Jimmy and Brian were in the garage practicing.
Matt looked pissed when he saw that Rae wasn't alone.

"Why the fuck did you bring them?!" Matt growled.

"We're going to hang out after practice so I thought they could come and watch."
Rae smiled at her brother. Matt stormed into the house. "Grab my bass while
you're in there!"

"Whatever!"

"He can be such an ass!" Rae said with a grin.

"I think that's something we all can agree on." Jimmy said. I gave him a
confused look.

"Hey he might be our friend but we even have to admit that he sometimes is
an ass." Said Brian

"Sometimes, you mean he is actually nice?!" A very shocked Johnny asked.

"Eh half the time but these guys are nice." Rae pointed to Jimmy and Brian.

"What?!" Yelled Johnny. I couldn't believe it either.

"We really are and we're sorry for all the shit we've done to you guys." Jimmy
said. I looked at Rae in disbelief.

"It's true." She said.

"Okay let's get started." Matt said as he hand Rae her bass.

Johnny and I watched as they played. They finished after about an hour of
playing.

"So how did we do?" Rae asked.

"Who cares what they think? Their opinions don't matter." Matt snapped.

"Matt, back off." Brian said. Matt just rolled his eyes.

"So how did we do?" Rae asked again.

"You guys are pretty good." I said. Rae smiled and I think Matt did too.
Matt went inside with Jimmy and Brian following close behind.

"You guys want to go inside?" We nodded and followed her. She went and
sat down next to Jimmy who was busy shooting zombies. Johnny and I
stood back a ways. "Come on over!" Rae said. Johnny walked over and
sat next to her. I followed and took a seat behind them on the couch next
to Brian.

"Damn it! Help me Jimmy!" Matt spoke as his guy was surrounded by
zombies.

"Matt I've told you don't open doors to fast!" Rae said as she hooked up
another controller. "Add me in!"

"No." Said Matt.

"Whatever."

"Come on Matt let her join!" Brian said.

"I said no! FUCK!" Matt said as he fell back into the couch. He had been
killed by a giant zombie wolf. "Those fucking wolfs always get me!"

"You need to pay attention." Rae said as she smiled. Matt glared at his
sister.

"You need to try that gun at the bottom of the stairs." I said. Matt just
looked at me.

"You play?"

"Yeah I have made it to round 22." I said proudly.

"Not without my help though!" Johnny jumped in.

"Wow I would have never thought..." Matt said in a shocked tone.

"I'm bored let's watch a movie!" Rae whined.

"Okay, how about Jackass?" Brian suggested. We all nodded in agreement.

"I'll go get it! Wait which one?" Rae asked.

"Bring them all!" Matt said. Rae sprinted from the room to go find the
movies. "Okay listen up! Just because my sister decided to be friends
with you two doesn't mean that changes anything between us. Got it?"
Johnny and I nodded. "Good!"

"Matt go make some popcorn." Brian pushed Matt into the kitchen. "Sorry
about that guys! Jimmy and I will get him to lighten up."

"Thanks." I smiled at the angel next to me and he smiled back.

"I got the movies!" Rae said as she ran back into the room.

"What one are we watching?" I asked.

"I say the first one!" Johnny said and Rae nodded in agreement.

"Why?" Brian questioned.

"It has the best stunt!" Rae and Johnny said together

"Oh and what is the best stunt?" Brian asked.

"Ryan putting a toy car in his ass!" They said together again.

"That is a good one!" Jimmy said. Rae went to go put in and Matt appeared
with a few bowls of popcorn. He decided to take a seat next to me on the
couch.

"Hey that's my seat!" Rae yelled. Matt just flipped her off as he ate his
popcorn. She looked around for a place to sit. As soon as she saw that
she could sit next to Johnny she was no longer upset. She quickly made
her way over to sit down. Brian and I started laughing when we saw the look
on Johnny's face when Rae sat down. He was defiantly happy.

The movie was good like always but the things that went on during it were
entertaining too. It started off with Johnny and Rae getting closer and closer
to each other without Matt seeing. That is until Johnny tried to put his arm
around Rae which earned him a hard kick to the arm from Matt. Not too long
after Jimmy, Brian and Johnny had a short popcorn war. It was stopped soon
because Jimmy decided he wanted to eat his popcorn. I have to say tonight
turned out to be better than expected.

"I'm home!" No one moved. "I have food!" That's when the guys sprinted for
the kitchen. Rae got up and we followed. "Oh are you two friends of Matt?"

"Hell no." Matt said between bites of food.

"They're with me Mom." Rae spoke.

"Oh um why?"

"We planned on having a threesome up in my room after dinner." Rae
responded with a smile.

"Rae Ann Sanders!"

"I'm kidding Mom! These are my friends Johnny and Zacky."

"Oh hello um I think I'm going to go upstairs now."

"Hey Rae we got to head home." I said as I realized how late it was. "See
you tomorrow."

"Night!" Johnny said as he grabbed our things.

"Oh Zacky wait! This was on the ground outside of your locker this morning.
I guess I forgot about it." Rae confessed

"Shit." I looked over to see Brian with a scared expression on his face.

"Thanks! Bye!" The whole way home I couldn't stop wondering why Brian
looked so scared.
