Demolition Lovers
By Lolita Synyster-Vengeance

Demolition Lovers

Twas listening to My Chemical Romance when I had an idea for this, I do not own anything

Johnny's POV

It's been a week since my lover's passing, and I don't think I can take it. Everything I do just reminds me of Jimmy. Playing in gigs, getting drunk, interviews...... I miss him. He was my best friend.... sure he did beat me up back before the band formed but... still. I sighed as I took another swig of my beer, the most fun happened when we would get hammered with Jimmy and we'd do something crazy. I walked out of the kitchen and walked in my room, I placed the beer bottle on the desk and sat on the revolving chair. And cried. I never really cried. I was always a happy-go-lucky bitch. Never really a wimp, like that time I claimed I could beat Zacky up. But the tears just flowed, and I don't think they're ever gonna stop. I banged my fist on the table as the hot tears formed a puddle on the wooden table. “Why Jimmy, we all had a good future.” I sobbed, the whole table shaking as I let out heaving sobs. The sound of heavy paper falling made me look up, and what greeted me was an envelope with words scrawled in Jimmy's handwriting. To Johnny, Jimmy wants you to play the CD inside and read Jimmy's letter. Play Demolition Lovers for Jimmy. And with that I tore open the envelope and slipped the My Chemical Romance CD inside the stereo and skipped to the song he requested. As Gerard sang the words, I read Jimmy's letter.

Dear Johnny,

By the time you read this, I'll be gone

Please don't do anything stupid, I don't want to be the cause of more pain and sadness. I had it coming; I was so stupid to do it. All those years of drugs finally came up to me, and I feel so ashamed. But I thank you for trying to stop me from getting worse. I miss you Babe, you're always in my mind. You were my little Angel, the one I loved. You're my Demolition Lover as My Chemical Romance puts it; you're the savior of the broken. A broken and confused me. You were the first one to be by my side if I get in trouble. Please, just promise me you won't commit suicide out of my depression.

And that was the end of it; tears were still streaming from my eyes as I re-read the letter one last time. “Jimmy, I promise you. I won't do that ever again.” I blubbered. “Good, cuz I don't want to commit a crime.” Spoke a familiar voice. I gasped and looked around, no one was in the room. My eyes caught the mirror and I gasped. There, I saw myself and a grinning Jimmy behind me. My head snapped over my shoulder and I was met with affectionate crystal blue eyes. “J-Jimmy?” I asked, my voice a few octaves higher. “It's me Babe, I can't be in heaven. I can't move on because they gave me a second chance.” He smiled, and gave me an embrace. I just gasped in shock at how real it felt, like he was really here. “I can't be human again, I won't have any blood or die again. But I can still play drums and walk through walls.” He grinned and patted my back. “Please don't ever leave Babe, please don't.” I sobbed in his shoulder. The familiar smell of Jimmy and the smell of mist or dew in the morning present. “You're my Demolition Lover, and that's final.” He promised as he pulled me in a kiss.

A month later

“Now what you're saying is that Jimmy's soul is still here Johnny?” asked the interviewer. Suddenly Jimmy popped up beside me. “He sure is!” he grinned at the shocked interviewer. “How is this possible?” The interviewer Billy Martin spluttered. “God is giving us a second chance, so don't be surprised if you find your deceased loved one at your doorstep.” Jimmy replied as I laughed. “Well there you have it! The Rev's legacy shall live on!” Billy shouted. All across the world, people who were watching this got up and cheered. The Rev is still here, bashing his drums and being the sweet boyfriend to me. And if all of Avenged Sevenfold did pass, we know we're gonna be together up there.

You like it? Please review and yeah... I'm into the supernatural stuff
