The stranger
By Gigglez

Abby shut the front door and went to the living room. She sat her
backpack in a chair and opened it to get a piece of paper and a pen out. She turned to go to the
kitchen to write the letter when she turned around she saw a man standing right behind her with a
gun in his hand.
Before she could scream he put his hand over her mouth and guided her to the kitchen. He pushed her
onto a chair and tied her hands behind her back so she couldn't run away. At first, she thought he
was a thief and she had just came home at the wrong time. Then Taylor came over to get Abby for the
movie. When no one answered the door she went to the backyard to see if she was outside. She got to
the gate and yelled for Abby, no one answered. Taylor went back to the front and rang the door bell
again. She looked in the window ashamed to be peeking into someone elses' house, she saw a man
standing there.
He came over and answered the door. Taylor asked if Abby was home and he said no, she was at violin
lessons. Abby wanted to scream to let her know she was there. Then she remembered the gun in his
hand. He finished talking to Taylor then slammed the door shut. While Taylor was talking to him she
noticed a scar on his arm. As she was walking back home she was wondering why Abby didn't mention
the violin lessons. Maybe she forgot and didn't have time to call to say she couldn't go to the
movies.
Taylor got home and wrote a note to Abby that she planned to give her the next day. Saying she met
her brother but then she realized that Abby said her brother was younger than her. Then Taylor sat
there wondering who that was in Abbys' house. After Taylor left Abbys' house the man untied her and
took her out the back door which lead to the alley. There was a car sitting there. He opened the
back door of the car and told her to lie on the floor. He covered her with a blanket and told her to
be still. As they drove away from her house she layed there wondering what would happen next.
