A dim light at the end of the tunnel.

Zacky's POV

---------------------

“Miss me already?” I heard Ruben ask in a smug voice.

“I have another job for you.” I say rather then thinking of some smart ass remark.

“Cash on the barrel head first, rockstar.” I can almost picturing him taking his cigar from his mouth and adding his ash to the nasty collection on his desk.

“Fine, I'll be at your office in an hour.” I say with irritation clearly evident in my voice.

“See ya soon pretty boy.” With that I hear the click of his phone.

“What an asshole” I mutter under my breath and quickly text Gina telling her where I'm going. I grabbed the keys off of the counter and made my way to my car.

-------------

“So, what can I do for you?” he asks while counting the $500 I put on his desk.

“I need you to find out what college she's going to and if you can find an address!”

Ruben looks up from the pile of money and inhales on his cigar and blows his smoke in my face.

“Oh I don't know.” He says as he shakes off the ash “Addresses cost extra.” He grins smugly.

I pull out another $100 from my wallet and throw it at him. He glares at me.

“If you want my help to find you poor sister then I suggest you show a little more respect.” He then picks up the money and adds it to his existing pile. “I'll be in touch. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.”

Like I said earlier; a real asshole, but he's good at what he does. I get up from the chair and head out.

-------------

2 weeks later.

-------------

I sat in my front room with Gina, the rest of the guys, and their girlfriends/wives watching some lame show on MTV2. All the sudden there was a loud knock on my front door. I looked at Gina and she just nodded. When she came back Ruben was following behind her.

“What did you find?” I ask impatiently.

“Money first.” Was all he said, I assumed as much and tossed him an envelope containing his so called earnings.

“I couldn't find an address, but I did find the college. From what I gathered about the president of the college, he'll tell you anything with the right persuasion.” He said while gesturing to the envelope of money. He hands me the folder and shows himself out.

“She's going to school no more then 20 minutes from here.” I felt Gina's hands slide up and down my back. I looked at her and she had the sweetest smile on her face. I leaned over and gently kissed her lips. I felt her smile into it. I was lucky to have her in my life. When we pulled away I saw Lacey and Val exchange worried looks. I sighed to myself. I knew what they were thinking, apart from the worries they had about Dyllan, but also Gina had told me earlier that Val and Lacey felt that Dyllan was a potential threat to their relationships. But I didn't give a damn about that now. I just want to meet her first. Oh my hell…. I'm going to meet my sister soon! I felt my stomach doing flips causing me to feel sick. Shit.

--------------

Gina's POV

I sat on the bed watching Zacky try on outfit after outfit. Today was the day he was going to meet with the president of the college and see what he can find out about Dyllan. I watched him sigh and literally rip his black button shirt off. They went flying all over the room.

“Baby, don't worry! You look fine in anything you choose.” I got up from the bed and wrapped my arms around him from behind and laid my head on his back. I felt horrible for him because A. he was so nervous on making a good first impression, and B. I couldn't go with him. I had to go and take care of some personal things with the girls. We were going to try and find something for Dyllan to say `welcome to the family'.

“I wish you were coming.” He said with a hint of pain in his voice, damn I feel like a bitch.

“I know baby, but Brian will be just as good! Be careful, I don't want those college girls trying to kidnap you.” He smiles at me through the mirror. He turns around to face me. I place my hand on his cheek and kiss him. I feel his hands tighten around my waist. He deepens the kiss and I feel my body heat up.

“Hey Zac-oh… wow…” Zack pulls away and glances at Brian.

“Yeah? What's up?”

“It's 11:30, if we wanna get there by noon, we need to leave now. And you may wanna get a shirt on.” He laughs at our current situation and just shakes his head.

“Ok, I just let me grab a shirt.”

Brian looks around the room seeing Zacky's clothes scattered all over. He walks over to his closet, stares for about 30 seconds and pulls out a black Misfits shirt and chucks it at him. “Here you go ma'am.”

“Thanks jackoff.” He says as he slips it over his head. I look at Brian and mouth `thank you so much' and he just smile and nods.

“Good luck you 2. Call me babe.” And I kiss him gently before he goes.

*At the president's office*

Zacy's POV

------------

Brian and I sat in the waiting room outside the office of Pres. Samuel T. Gibson. Sounded like a hard ass.

“Mr. Baker?” asked a woman who looks like she's in her late 50s. She must be his secretary.

“Yes ma'am?”

“He'll see you now.” She smiled and gestured to an open door. It was now or never. Brian and I walked into the door and sat in 2 open chairs in front of his desk.

“So how can I help you 2 um gentlemen today?” he asked while eyeing us both. Judgmental prick!

“We are wondering if you can tell us any information you have on a female student of yours named Dyllan?”

“Sir,”

“Zack” I say cutting him off. I'm hoping to soften him up so that he'll tell me what I want to know.

“Ok, Zackary, there are a lot of students here, many named Dyllan. And besides, even if I knew which one you were talking about, what you're asking me to do is against our rules.” He says in a matter-of-fact voice.

“I know sir, but she is my little sister. I have been trying to find her for months now! Please. She's a foster kid, how many of those do you have named Dyllan?” I was ready to smack this guy even tho he was doing his job.

“I'm sorry, but I can't.” he says with a small scowl on his face.

“Thank you for your time.” I say as I get up and storm out of his office. I can't believe that this asshole is the only thing standing in my way.

“Excuse me?” I snap my head out of my thoughts and look over at the secretary. “You're looking for Dyllan right? She's about 24 yes?” she asks. Please let this be happening!

“Yes we are. Do you know something?” please please please!!!

“Before I became his secretary, I used to be a counselor, but transferred here as I got older. I knew Dyllan when she first came here. She still stops by from time to time. I over heard what your were talking about, sorry for listening, but as soon as I heard her name and the fact that she was a foster child, I wanted to help.” This woman was an angel in disguise.

“Thank you, but why are you risking your job, not that I'm lying, but how can you be so sure that I wasn't a creeper or something?” I ask hoping that it won't come back to bite me in the ass. I heard Brian let out a sigh, I look over and he gives me an `are you shitting me?!' look. Yeah, she's gonna shut me down now.

“Your eyes.” She simply says catching me totally off guard. “You and her have the same beautiful green eyes. As soon as you walked in I saw her in your eyes. Let me check my computer and see what class she has right now.” I watched her walk over to her desk and begin typing. I felt my heart speed up. Finally there was a damn light at the end of the tunnel.

“Ok, she doesn't have a class right now and there is no address due to some housing problems,” SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!! “but if I know Dyllan, she's in the dance studio. She'll be pretty hard to miss too, look for a girl with purple hair there.” She gives me a small map and highlights the way to get to the dance studio. I walk around and wrap my arms around her.

“Thank you so much!” I whisper.

“Take care of her.” She says with a smile. “Now go find her!”
