Dance With The Devil
I once knew this kid. His real name was Brian. He went by Syn.
He used to fuck movie stars and sniff coke in his dreams.
All he wanted was to make bucks by the million.
Only thirteen, a corrupted young mind.
Kid never had a father and his mom was a crack fiend.
She put the pipe down, but every year since she's been sober Brian's spiraled downward.
He started hanging out on the streets, selling bags, checking chicks, looking for hit and run
He was fascinated by material objects and he understood that money never bought respect.
He quickly built a reputation because he could steal and hustle.
Then one day he got locked up, but didn't hesitate to squeal.
After that day, criminals he chilled with didn't think he was okay.
He wasn't real. Just fake. There to ruin a life.
He felt like he had to prove to everybody that he was evil.
That nothing could stand in his way. Nobody could bring him down.
He fed for props like addicts with pipes and needles.
He had such potential until one day.
One day he dropped out of high school to sell weed on the streets.
He was dancing with the devil. Smoking all day, fucking all night.
He was sick of selling trees. He wanted a real family.
Brian started robbing bitches, anything he could do.
He just wanted respect back. He wanted a family to go to.
Started fights with everybody he could.
Then he stepped up to selling crack rock, working over time, making money for the crack spot.
He wanted to move up to cocaine.
He had this Scarface fantasy and it wouldn't go away for him.
He wanted to major. Wanted a new family. He wanted to cut throats and be tight with somebody to call
He tried to fit with the big boys, but they told him any motherfucking coward can sell drugs, but
only a real kid can stab someone until they die, standing right in front of them, staring right into
Brian realized that these boys were well guarded and they wanted to test him.
They suggested raping a bitch to prove he was cold hearted.
So now he had a choice of going back to his life of drugs and theft or making big money with big
He wanted to be hardcore. He wanted to make it. So he said, yes and met them Friday night at
a quarter to three.
They drove around the city, slow while it was raining.
Just smoking blunts and joking. Entertaining each other to make the time tick by.
Then they saw a woman on the streets walking alone, three in the morning, after work, just on her
And so they quietly got out of the car and followed her.
Walking through the town, the darkness swallowed them.
They wrapped her shirt around her head and knocked her to the floor.
They walked to Brian and said, “This is it, kid. No you've got a chance to make it big, to be
one of us.”
So Brian picked her up and grabbed the bitch by the hair and dragged her into the lobby but nobody
She struggled hard, but they forced her to go up the stairs.
Then they got to the roof and they held her down, screaming “Stop moving around and shut the
The shirt covered her face, but she screamed to the clouds, so Brian stomped on the bitch until he
broke her jaw.
The dirty bastards knew exactly what they were doing.
They kicked her until they cracked her ribs and she stopped moving, blood leaking through the
She cried silently as they all proceeded to rape her violently.
Brian was supposed to go first but we all took turns, ripping her up and choking her until she
couldn't take it.
Her broken jaw mumbled for God but they didn't care.
When they were done and she was laying there bloody, broken and bruised, one of the guys pulled out
a nice hand gun.
They told Brian that she was a witness for all she's gone through and if he killed the bitch he'd be
guaranteed a spot with them.
He thought for a second. She was practically dead. So he thought, fuck it, and but the barrel
up to her temple.
Right before he pulled the trigger and ended her life, he thought about everything he'd be gaining.
He felt strong and proud standing along with his new brothers, cocked the gun to her head and pealed
the shirt away.
But what he saw was nothing he could believe.
He was staring into the face of his own mother.
She looked back at him and cried to see her only son standing above.
She cried more painfully than when they were raping her.
He couldn't even contemplate. His whole world stopped.
His corruption has successfully changed his fate.
And he remembered how his mom would come home late working hard for nothing, because no what was he
He turned away from the woman who had given him her all.
And crying out to the sky because he was lonely and scared, but only the devil responded, because
God wasn't there.
And then he knew what it was to be empty and cold.
Before he could utter a word, or have a word uttered to him, he jumped from the rooftop and died
with no soul.
After that, they killed his mother but never spoke about it.
I doubt it, but they say that death takes you to a better place.
Listen to what I'm saying `cause this story is true. I was there with Brian Haner and I raped his
No the devil follows me every where that I go. He's always near me, always haunting.
The devil grows inside the hearts of the selfish and wicked.
He's inside my heart as we speak.
So when the devil wants to dance with you, you better say never, `cause a dance with the devil might
last you forever.
>NO, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN TO BRIAN OR ANY OF THE AVENGED MEMBERS<
So there's this song called Dance With The Devil and this little story is taken from that
Some of it rhymes because some of it are parts of the lyrics.
Sadly enough, this is a true story, an event that actually did happen to somebody.
It's heartbreaking and I've been wanting to make this a little one shot for a while.
Seriously, listen to the song. It's long, but worth it. I get chills every single
