Chapter 3
By RyanRossIsBeast

Chapter 3

I'm in English with Audrey. Ryan is in some other class unfortunately. I really wish school would
be over all ready. It's fifth period, though. One more class and I'm outta here.
I'm so bored, I'm falling asleep. But then Audrey passed me a note.

NOTES...
Do u wanna go 2 da park w/ me and Ryan after skewl? -Audrey
Sure. I have 2 b back by 5 or Grandma will get worried- Oliver
Ok. We have tons of hw 2 nite ne way- Audrey
END OF NOTES...

"Oliver, do you and Ms. Audrey have something important to tell the class?" Mrs. McCuddy asked.
"No ma'am." I replied.
"Well it must be extremely important if you need to tell Audrey right now," she said with her hand
held out.
I gave her the note and she read it aloud. I could hear the preps behind me sniggering.
"Awww. They're going on a three person date!" said Jack, one of the jocks.
I kept my head straight forward and so did Audrey but I could see her getting mad. She gets angry
easily but if you know her, you know how to keep her calm.
Just as she was about to turn around and beat the crap out of Jack, the bell rang. I have History
with Ryan next. Yes!
~*~

At least History's a little better than English. Me and Ryan are working on an in school project
together. We both have absolutely no idea what we're doing. He just glues things to the paper and I
just write things from the History book.
Finally, History was over and we went to the park. None of us had any money to buy a snack from the
little store on the corner of the park but me and Ryan don't take no for an answer. We usually just
steal whatever we can get our hands on, which is usually anything because one of Ryan's sisters(he
has five sisters and three brothers) works there and no one really cares what goes on there.
We walked into the store, like we normally do, but something was different about today. I couldn't
figure it out but there was defiantly something different. I think Ryan could sense it too.
"Uhh... it's pretty empty today," he said.
"Yea. Where's Bea?" I asked. Bea is his sister.
"I don't know..." he replied.
"Huh," I said. Then, something caught my eye. It was a figure. A familiar one, but I couldn't quite
figure out who it was. There was something strange about it though. It looked... blue.
"Hey, Ryan?" I asked.
"Yeah?"
"Who's-" I looked back over at the place where I saw they strange figure and there was nothing
there.
"Who's what?" he asked, not a hundred percent there.
"Never mind."
"Okay. You're one strange child, Ollie."
"Shut up, you're just as weird." I said, punching him playfully.
"Maybe Bea left early. Y'know? Got sick or something."
"Probably. Or she could've faked it to get to her boyfriend's house early." Bea has about six
boyfriends so whenever she's missing, we think she's over one of their houses.
He laughed "I bet she's at Billy's."
Then we left
