No time for kisses
By Dewin Duvae

The are was set up for a big feast and everyone was sitting still. Well not the people up on the
logg of course. They were duking out to the best of their abilities as they should.

This was after all the chinese amazon tournament. Women had come from all the villages around to
join in it. They were the only ones who dared, seeing as they weren't considered outsiders. This
exiting event was disturbed by a krunching sound. A rabbit was munching one of the carrots set out
for the champion. Her owner stood unawares beside it.

Shampoo finnished her opponent quickly and walked up to her. "What do you have to say for
yourself."

The green-haired girl furrowed her brows. I'm sorry, I guess I'm supposed to introduce myself. My
name's S--"

"Your rabbit is eating MY food!" Shampoo pointed at the rabbit, still munching away happily.

"Oh. I guess you want to be paid then." The girl fished out her wallet from her pocket and was going
to take out a note when Shampoo threw her bon-bori into the ground.

"Give me the rabbit and I'll be satisfied."

"I'm afraid I cannot part with her--"

"NOW!"

The girl rolled her eyes. "Look. I will not do that I just came from Jusenkhyo and got my--"

"DIEEE!"

"So you want to fight. sigh. Let's at least make it official." The girl jumped up on the log.
"Besides, this way I'll get the food and the rabbit can eat as much as she wants."

Shampoo narrowed her eyes and joined the other girl on the log. She made apractice swing but didn't
even come close. The girl didn't even move in reaction. She nooded and Shampoo closed in only to
have the girl hit her right in stomach and roll away from her bon-bori with barely a spare inch.
Before she knew it, she was sprawling in the mud underneath the log and she couldn't figure out what
happened.

Her mind was ablaze. How dare she. This outsider girl, just come in and destroy her tournament. She
walked up to the girl and kissed her on the cheek.

"Well, you took that better than I expected. Nice to see some people can take loosing so well." The
guide, whom no-one really had noticed before (seeing as he was a man and therefore uniportant)
coughed into his hand.

"That was the kiss of the miss customer. It is a promise to hunt you down and kill you as soon as
she gets better."

She blinked and turned to Shampoo. "That is not good. You wouldn't consider going back on it would
you?"

"Shampoo will hunt you down. You better run now."

The green-haired girl walked to Shampoo nonchalantly. "I'm sorry, I don't have time for this
nonsense. There are much more important things at stake in the future for me to worry about someones
bruised ego. Or even..." She paused staring at Shampoo with cold eyes. "About killing one or two
people along the way."

Shampoo raised her bon-bori as if it was a club. "I'll kill you now."

"I see." She raised her hand. "dead scream." Shampoo didn't even now what hit her. he girl sat down
at the table and took some of the food, not noticing the guide run for the hills. That, or not
caring. "Excuse me." She looked down at the old troll standing beside her. "What makes you think
that you can just come in her and kill my grand-daughter?"

The girl looked blankly back. "She was going to kill me. I defended myself pre-emptively."

The enraged troll swung at her and then blinked out of existence just before she hit. "That should
take care of both of them." She took another bite of an apple from the table and a large shadow fell
over her.

"You eating MY food!"

Setsuna hung her head and sighed. "I'm sorry. Can I make it up to you in any way?"
