Perfect Knight
By Black Twisted Soul

Perfect Knight

I got this idea from a review. Thanks for the idea Mouse!

It felt good to be alive again. Things with you and Kurama were going great. You were now going to Kurama's school. Your father allowed you to live in an apartment in Yusuke's building.

You were getting ready to go on a date with Kurama. You put your ______ hair into a fancy style. Kurama told you that you were going to an expensive restaurant. Your ________ eyes were so happy. You put dangling diamond earrings in your ears to match your necklace. The dress you were wearing was a light pink that went to your knees with a thick gold belt around your waist. Purple trim was on the bottom of the ruffled dress. On your feet were white high heels. You were double dating with Keiko and Yusuke.

"You look beautiful tonight, ________," your father appeared in the mirror behind you.

You turned around smiling, "Thanks dad."

You father walked over to you and kissed your forehead "I'm glad to see to see you're happy."

"I wouldn't be if you hadn't brought me back."

"You should know... I'd do anything to make you smile and make you happy. Even if I had to kill myself for you."

You chuckled.

The doorbell rang and your father disappeared. As fast as you could run, you answered the door (that's kinda confusing). There stood Keiko with a barrette in her short brown hair. She smiled at you. She was wearing a white blouse with a flowly knee length blue skirt, an emerald necklace, and white high heels.

"Hey Keiko," you smiled.

"Hi _______. Are you ready?" she smiled back.

You nodded and grabbed your white purse off the chair. The two of you talked the whole way to the park. Kurama and Yusuke gawked as you two walked over to them.

Kurama blushed, "You look amazing."

You blushed too, "So do you."

Half way through dinner, (song name) began to play. You and Kurama danced to it. After all, it was your song. Keiko and you were walking back from dinner. On the way back to your apartment you felt like someone was watching you (besides your dad). Keiko had headed home. She said her parents would get mad if she was late. Before you knew it, everything was black.

---Next Day---

Kurama was getting worried. It wasn't like you to miss a day of school and not call him. Yusuke noticed something was wrong with him.

"What's wrong with you?" Yusuke asked as they were heading home.

"__________ never showed up to school today," Kurama sighed.

"That's weird."

"I've called her cell phone three times already. She hasn't answered once."

---You---

You groaned. Your head was killing you. You opened your eyes and found yourself deep within a cave. You also noticed you were sitting on the dirty ground. No longer were you wearing what you wore last night but what you wore as a guardian angel. The clothes from last night were on the floor on the other side of the cave. Your purse was on top of them. Your phone began to ring. It was probably Kurama wondering where you where. You tried to get up but couldn't. Chains clanked together. Your hands were behind your back, shackled to the wall. There was hardly any room for you to move in any directions.

"I see you're awake," a too familiar voice said.

You looked at the cave entrance (in the direction of the entrance). There stood a smirking Keith. You glared at him.

"Keith!" you hissed. "What is the meaning of this?"

He just laughed and left. You pulled at the chains around your wrists.

---Kurama---

"There is something very wrong," Kurama mumbled to himself.

He felt as though there was someone else in the room with him. He turned and saw your father looking very worried.

"Where's _______?" Kurama asked him.

"Keith has taken her to a cave in the forest," your father told him.

"Why?"

"To marry her."

"What?!"

"You see... back when ______ was in heaven, I arranged for Keith to marry her. ________ was never told so she still doesn't know. Since she is alive again, he can't marry her anymore. Keith has always been jealous about the feelings ________ had for you. Keith can't marry her... she'll be so angry and depressed if he does. I already told Keith the marriage was off but he denied it"

---You---

Keith told you about the marriage plans. You couldn't believe it. Dad didn't tell you that you were suppose to marry this jerk Keith.

"Before we get married... I have to take care of that annoying boyfriend of yours," Keith smirked.

"If you hurt Kurama in any way..." you threatened.

"You'll what? Kill me? I'm already dead!" Keith chuckled.

"Not this moment in time if you can touch me."

You pulled at your chains but still nothing. Keith, once again, disappeared. You couldn't believe that Kurama was going to die and it was your fault.

"_______! Are you in here?!"

Your head snapped up, "Kurama!"

Kurama came around the corner and ran over to you, "Are you alright?"

"Yeah... Keith didn't find you yet?"

"No."

"He wants to kill you."

Kurama was about to break the chains when Keith appeared again. You were getting really annoyed with that.

"Glad that you joined us. You can watch the ceremony. It'll break your heart. And there will be no need for you."

Kurama took out a rose from his fiery red hair and turned it into a rose whip. Keith pulled out a sword from the cave floor. Keith was the first to strike. Kurama gracefully backed up and wrapped his whip around the tip of the blade. Keith tried to pull the sword away but couldn't. His sword landed in Kurama's free hand.

An idea popped into your head. Although it looked as though Keith was losing, you had to distract him. You knew what he was capable of doing to Kurama.

"Hey Keith!" you yelled. You didn't want to say this but, "I love you!"

Keith turned around and smiled at you, "You have finally come to your senses."

Kurama stabbed Keith in the heart with the sword. Keith gasped as blood poured out of the fresh wound. He collapsed, his body disappeared. All that was left was the bloody sword. Kurama sliced the chains around your wrists and picked you up bridal style. You giggled as you put your arms around his neck.

"The perfect knight in shinning armor," you said.

The two of you left the cave (with the clothes from the date). You and Kurama hung out in the forest, watching the sunset. You thanked Kurama with a long and passionate kiss. Again your phone began to ring. Not bothering to look at who it was, you tossed the phone over your shoulder, far into the woods behind you. Again you kissed for a very long time, not letting the other one go.
